Copies of most of these FAQ's are posted frequently to the newsgroup news.answers. If you want to avoid irritating other users, PLEASE read the FAQ before posting a question to Usenet asking for an answer.
Unfortunately, most FAQ's on the internet are written for the Unix user who is using a shell account, not for a PPP/SLIP subscriber to an ISP who is using a Point and Click Interface like the Macintosh or Windows. A future project may be to de-Unix these FAQs and make them understandable for recent ex-AOLers.
